If you're fed up of scrolling through social media or watching hours of box sets and you'd like to find a creative pastime, this Art for Wellbeing course provides an excellent starting point.

These classes are all about enjoyment and relaxation- and through this you'll find your art skills improving and you'll become more confident in painting.  Work on your paintings from the comfort of your own home, broaden your skills within a small encouraging online group and find a sense of accomplishment as you create each painting.

This relaxed class is the perfect way to dedicate time to a creative activity, giving you time away from everyday stresses.  The course is carefully structured with lots of demonstrations and guidance, so you’ll always feel supported.  

You’ll receive a gorgeous pack with all the art materials you’ll need for the course - a lovely treat for yourself or a loved one.

The course is ideal for complete beginners with no prior experience of using colour media (such as paints & pastels); building your confidence and helping you to become more comfortable in making art.

You will be fully supported throughout the course. You will receive the pre-recorded classes by email which you can complete in the comfort of your own home whenever you like. Alongside these classes, you will also be able to chat with me and your classmates in our Facebook group, where you can ask questions and share your work.

This course could also be the ideal next step after completing the Drawing for Beginners Course.
